A sound bath meditation is a deeply immersive experience designed to harmonize the mind, body and spirit. During a session, you'll be enveloped in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and drumbeats. These sounds create a meditative atmosphere that helps to release stress, clear energetic blockages and promote deep relaxation.
Relax on weightless chairs, pillows, kantha blankets & eye pillows as each session is thoughtfully curated to guide you into a state of inner peace & balance, making it the perfect
way to reset & recharge for the week ahead.
These monthly sound baths offer a sacred space for personal reflection, healing & transformation.
Limited space available. Preregistration required.
You don't need to bring anything, but a water bottle is highly recommended
Doors will open at 4:15, allowing you to settle in before we begin promptly at 4:30pm.

Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class or event. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class/event. You may cancel by emailing sonja@pixienook.com. If you have to cancel your class/event, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class/event. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class/event.
